A MESSAGE FROM OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Executive Director Darryl Williams, MA, MPS:Darryl holds a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a Master of Professional Studies degree in Counseling and Urban Affairs from New York Theological Seminary in New York City. He worked previously as Director of St. John's Baptist Church in Harlem, New York, Youth Development Program. Prior to his work with MOD, he served as Program Director with Exodus Transitional Community, Inc. located in East Harlem, New York. He has also taught college courses at The College of New Rochelle / School of New Resources. dwilliams@moravianhouse.org

Caseworker Desiree Barrett, BA:
Desiree holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle, in New York. She has previous experience serving the elderly and the homeless in her community. She recently received specialized training in working with the homeless as well as those who may have a history of substance abuse, mental illness, or post-traumatic stress disorder. She also has received special training in applying for subsidized housing through the NYC Supportive Housing program. dbarrett@moravianhouse.org

Program Coordinator Michael Ralling, AA:
Michael holds an Associate in Arts degree from Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, New York. He has also participated in a number of human services training programs and workshops in the following areas: group counseling, conflict resolution, office management and technology, and dealing with substance use and chemical dependency.
