Darryl holds a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a Master of Professional Studies degree in Counseling and Urban Affairs from New York Theological Seminary in New York City. He worked previously as Director of St. John's Baptist Church in Harlem, New York, Youth Development Program. Prior to his work with MOD, he served as Program Director with Exodus Transitional Community, Inc. located in East Harlem, New York. He has also taught college courses at The College of New Rochelle / School of New Resources.

Janell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York College in Queens, New York. She has previous experience in the areas of HIV and AIDS case management, housing development, benefits, and resource development. She also has special training in the areas of cultural diversity, health care proxy, and handling difficult groups within the homeless population.

Michael holds an Associate in Arts degree from Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, New York. He has also participated in a number of human services training programs and workshops in the following areas: group counseling, conflict resolution, office management and technology, and dealing with substance use and chemical dependency.
